For years it has been the goal of the Euro Institute to offer a variety of holistic treatments that support the efforts of our skin care and spa services. In 2006 that dream came true with the opening of our Wellness Center. By offering massage, naturopathy, acupuncture, and manicures & pedicures. we can address a client’s health concerns, in addition to our emphasis on skin beauty, anti-aging treatments and relaxation. To this end, the Euro Institute Wellness Center provides treatment courses for detoxification, rejuvenation and total wellness. Massage Therapy

Allow yourself to renew, rejuvenate and reinvigorate with a massage from David McQuade, LMP. David graduated from Ashmead School of Massage in 2006. He provides swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, chair massage and foot reflexology. One hour massages start at $60. Package pricing is available for most massages, five for the price of four.

Pure Wellness Center

Vitality through the science of detoxification and rejuvenation

Tom Ballard, RN, ND, has over 25 years of medical experience and is the medical director of Pure Wellness Centers. He started Pure Wellness to provide safe, pleasant, and effective naturopathic detoxification and rejuvenation treatments. Dr. Ballard and Dr. Julie Krauss-Lucas, his associate, specialize in difficult to treat conditions.

Pure Wellness Centers are also pleased to offer patients Pure Weight Loss, a signature weight loss program that helps patients lose weight by applying sound nutrition and detoxification science to the problem of excess fat.

Yvonne Pastika, L.Ac., LMP, is a national board-certified diplomat acupuncturist and a massage therapist who has been practicing natural healing for more than 20 years. Her professional training and experience in blending Asian bodywork, massage therapy with 5 element and TCM acupuncture offers a natural and safe approach to reducing the stresses of daily life. She specializes in pain management for acute and chronic conditions, physical and emotional fatigue, women’s health and facial rejuvenation, often referred to as acupuncture facelift. Benefits include increased collagen production, muscle-tone stimulation and a reduction of fine lines.

Manicures & Pedicures

Barbara Crawford, licensed nail technician, comes to the Euro Institute from the Washington Athletic Club. Barbara’s business, Southern Comfort, is so named because she makes comfort a priority for all her south-end clientele. Her services include basic manicures and pedicures, as well as, spa manicures and pedicures. She also offers a medi-pedicure, designed for more challenging foot conditions, such as severely dry and cracking feet or for Diabetics.
