Advanced Education Courses

Sign up for advanced classes by calling the Euro Institute: 425-255-8100, ext. 6. Questions regarding any advanced classes may be directed to Stacy at stacy@euroinstitute.com. Registration for advanced classes is confirmed when payment is received. Payment is fully refundable until the deadline for sign-up. After that, payment is non-refundable.

Deadline for class registration is two weeks prior to the class date unless specified in the class description.

Brazilian Wax

When: Tuesday, January 10 (2:00 pm-6:00 pm)
Cost: $180 (Euro grads), $210 (all others)

Euro Instructor, Stacy Hanes, teaches this ever popular standard class. Learn all you need to know to perform a Brazilian wax. Class covers safety, contraindications, equipment, waxes, practical work and client consultation. 5 person maximum. You will need to bring a model to wax. Model arrival time is 4:30 p.m.

Dramatic Eye Makeup

When: Friday, January 27 (6:00 pm—9:00 pm)
Cost: $45

Learn how to create colorful dramatic eyes with makeup artist, Aileen Gurat. Aileen will go over the theory surrounding knock-out eyes followed by a hands-on opportunity to create "wow" eye makeup yourselves. 10 person maximum Please bring makeup brushes.

Aging Skin

When: Monday, February 6 (6:00 pm—9:00 pm)
Cost: $40

Jessica Juttner teaches this amazing class about how the skin ages on a molecular level. Learn about the causes of elastosis, hyperpigmentation and other signs of aging. If you have mature clients or want to be able to address the issues of environmental aging, this class is for you.

Lash Extensions

When: Friday, March 23 (5:30 pm—9:30 pm)
Cost: $600 Euro grads, $640 all others. Kit is included in price.

Love those beautiful lashes you see on the fashion models? Learn the right way to apply lash extensions with a conscientious and safe instructor. Herb Walk

When: Saturday, April 14 (10:00 am—12:00 pm)
Cost: $40

What do specific herbs look like? Which herbs do what? Come learn about herbs you can use in your practice. This class will be held at the Bastyr University garden and on the trails. It will be taught by herbalist and Bastyr adjunct faculty member, Eric Martin, MS, LAc.15 person maximum

Medical Esthetics Course

When: Sunday, April 29 thru Friday, May 4, 2012 (9:30—4:30 daily) (Fri. May 4 - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Cost: $1750 Euro Grads receive 10% if you sign up on or before March 29. Anyone who signs up by the 29th also receives a camouflage makeup kit. Maximum number of students is 14.

Pre-requisites: Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification. If you did not attend Euro Institute or did not pass your certification in school, you will need to come in the previous week for a Manual Lymphatic Drainage class. This class is $150
