Traditional body sugaring has become a much-requested hair removal technique in spas across the country. Whether you offer sugaring as an option to waxing or as the primary hair removal medium, sugaring is a sanitary, effective and natural means of hair removal.

At the Euro Institute Sugaring Class students will learn traditional sugaring. Sugar paste is held in the hand and worked over the skin to remove hair. Many people find this method less painful and it is an excellent alternative for people who are sensitive or allergic to waxing.

This class will include theory, demonstration and practice on leg, underarm, bikini and brow. A certificate of completion will be issued to students who pass a written exam and demonstrate proficiency at the end of the class.

Student requirements: Students should be licensed estheticians. Please come to class prepared to sugar and to be sugared (hair growth should be at least ¼ inch). We will be sugaring legs, underarms, brows and bikini.

Dates & Times: May 2, 3, 4, 2010 & August 22, 23, 24, 2010 (11:00am – 4:15 pm) Classes consist of three five hour fifteen minute days. Each day will have a half hour break. Attendance is mandatory each day of the class.
